Transcriptional profiles in lesional skin of Postn deficient FADS mice

ABSTRACT: We recently generated FADS mouse (Nestincre-mediated conditional knockout mouse of Ikk2 gene), a mouse model of atopic dermatitis. To examine the functions of periostin in dermatitis, periostin KO FADS mice were prepared. We then performed Cap analysis of gene expression (CAGE) to elucidate transcriptional profiles in lesional skin of periostin KO FADS mice.
