Transcriptional changes following SARS-CoV-2 infection of primary astrocytes

ABSTRACT: We used bulk RNA seq to invistigate how SARS-CoV-2 changes host profile in astrocytes. SARS-CoV-2 infection of astrocytes induces type I interferon and inflammatory response.
