Melatonin alters the transcriptome of human granulosa cells and improves fertilization and blastocyst formation

ABSTRACT: Granulosa cells in the ART cycle before and during melatonin treatment from the three patients and analyzed the transcriptome changes by RNA-sequence. The other four patients had good ART outcomes. Their GCs were also subjected to RNA-sequence as controls of good ART outcomes.
