ABSTRACT: Single-cell RNA-sequencing analyses were performed on unfractionated live cell mixtures or sorted fibroblasts from pancreatic tumors of KPC;YFP mice, so as to investigate the functional heterogeneity of cancer-associated fibroblasts in early-stage and late-stage tumors.
