Activation of WNT signaling in CD4+ T cells promotes immune suppression in pancreatic cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We utilized the inducible conditional knockout Tcf7 mouse model to specifically deplete Tcf7 in CD4+ T cells by providing mice with tamoxifen, and then orthotopically inject KPC cells into the pancreas to develop tumor. Single cell RNA sequencing revealed that CD4+ T cells are reprogrammed after Tcf7 depletion to shape the immune microenvironment during pancreatic tumorigenesis.
