Gene expression data for 637 human primary breast tumors with recurrence, ER/PR/HER2 status, and overall survival

ABSTRACT: We performed gene set enrichment and differential expression analysis to identify biological pathways associated with locoregional recurrence in primary breast tumors. A custom Affymetrix microarray genechip was used to assess the gene expression of each tumor sample.
