Mitochondrial calcium uniporter in pancreatic cancer metastasis and cystine adiction

ABSTRACT: The effect of MCU overexpression on gene expression profile in PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cells were examined. Control or MCU overexpressing PANC-1 cells were cultured in media containing 1 mM Glucose for overnight and gene expression profile betweent the two groups were compared through RNA sequencing analysis.
