Investigation of the potential mechanisms underlying nuclear F-actin organization in ovarian cancer cells by high-throughput screening in combination with deep learning
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We sequenced a set of ovarian cancer cell lines with or without overexpression of a fluorescent nuclear F-actin probe. It is to compare different ovarian cancer cell types which have distinct nuclear F-actin patterns, and try to seek the difference behind that phenotype. Meanwhile, we also want to check whether the nuclear F-actin probe would affect the transcriptional profile of the cell line.
