The alterations of gene expression profiling induced by LINC00857 knockdown in HCT116 cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) have been identified to play increasingly important roles in tumorigenesis, and they may serve as novel biomarkers for cancer therapy. Recently, LINC00857 was found to play an oncogenic role in in several cancers. Here we report gene expression profiles of HCT116 cells treated with LINC00857 siRNA. This study reveals a novel role of LINC00857 in downstream gene regulation and provides a new explanation of LINC00857’ s function in colorectal cancer.
