Metformin promotes in vitro maturation of oocytes from aged mice

ABSTRACT: Our study demonstrates a protective effect for metformin against the decreased quality of aged oocytes to potentially improve ART success rates and illustrates a potential strategy to prevent or delay reproductive aging.
