ABSTRACT: Individuals with Down syndrome (DS, Ts21) have impaired neurogenesis during development. Using Ts21 human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) and isogenic controls, we carried out single cell RNA-sequencing of Ts21 interneuron progenitors .
