Single-nucleus spatial transcriptomic RNA-seq in the dlPFC of macaque

ABSTRACT: We performed high-throughput snRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomic RNA-seq on dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (BA9) tissue in Macaca fascicularis to identify cell-type specific differentially expressed genes. The macaques include depressive-like, healthy control and resilient individuals.
