Effect of Ube3d knockout on gene expression in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes

ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of UBE3D loss on 3T3-L1 differentiation, we generated Ube3d-KO 3T3-L1 cells. We then performed RNA sequencing on undifferentiated WT and KO cells to assess gene expression changes and alterations in RNA 3' end processing.
