ABSTRACT: To investigate the contribution of H3K4me3 marks in CYP1B1 activation in CD133-positive liver cancer stem-like cells, cleavage under targets and tagmentation (CUT&Tag) was performed for H3K4me3 profiles in CD133+/- subsets of HCC cell lines and HCC-PDX tumor.
