ABSTRACT: To determine the effect of caspofungin (CSP) treatment and/or loss of the SET domain-containing CgSet4 protein on the transcriptional response of log-phase C. glabrata cells. RNA-Seq analysis was conducted on CAA medium-grown log-phase Candida glabrata wild-type (wt) and CgSET4-deleted (Cgset4D) cells in the presence and absence of caspofungin.
