Translational landscape of Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs in yeast

ABSTRACT: To define the translational landscape of Xrn1-sensitive lncRNAs in yeast, we performed Ribo-Seq in WT and upf1 mutant cells, in native conditions or upon treatment with translation elongation inhibitor (cycloheximide).
