Hyperactivation of the IL-17 axis and IL-36 signaling in Card14-mutant pityriasis rubra pilaris model mice

ABSTRACT: We performed single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to further analyze the differentially expressed genes in each cell type from WT and Card14KI mice. As a result of scRNA-seq, changes in gene expression were large in granular layer cells, cells in the outer roof sheath and fibroblasts.
