Local activation of the complement system mobilizes osteoclast precursors and promotes bone loss


ABSTRACT: Chemotherapy-induced bone loss depends on cellular senescence and the cell secretory phenotype. To investigate the factors secreted in the senescent microenvironment we have defined a mice model o premature senescence and studied the secreted genes that were differentially expressed in the senescent microenvironment.
