ABSTRACT: Here, we examine behavioral and brain transcriptomic (RNA-seq) responses in rat prolonged chronic unpredictable stress (PCUS) model, and their modulation by 4-week treatment with fluoxetine, eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and their combinations.
