Expression data from wild type and Pten mutant mammary fibroblasts

ABSTRACT: The PtenF341V allele, which fails to suppress the PI3K-AKT pathway was used to dissect the PTEN activity required for mammary development as well as, to suppress mammary tumorigenesis from the stromal fibroblast compartment. Genes differentially expressed in PtenF341V MMFs exhibit a expression pattern similar to wild type MMFs than Pten null MMFs and are not enriched in human breast cancer stroma.
