Effect of SREBF1 knockdown in glioblastoma stem cells (GSCs)

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of SREBF1 in GSCs, we knocked down the expression of SREBF1 by shRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 2 different cell lines.
