Characterization of the effects of lysosomal acid lipase deficiency on clustering of gene differentiation in CD11c+ cells

ABSTRACT: Single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) analysis identified two distinct clusters with differential gene expression patterns, and revealed a major metabolic shift towards glucose utilization and reactive oxygen species (ROS) over-production in lal-/- CD11c+ cells.
