ABSTRACT: To investigate the cooperative roles of CSB and NDN interaction in the regulation of neural function in vivo, we generated AAV constructs for the expression of shRNA-CSB or shRNA-NDN. We then delivered these viruses into the bilateral V1 region of mice cortex in which each target gene has been knocked down.
