Gene expression profiles analasis in chronic salpingitis
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Chronic salpingitis (CS) plays an important role in gynecological diseases such as infertility and ectopic pregnancy. In order to explore mechanism of CS at transcriptomics, we conducted microarray analysis of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), circular RNA (circRNA), and mRNA expression profiles in patients with CS for the first time. The expression of genes in 4 CS and 4 normal tissue samples was detected using Gene chips, asn fold changes and p-value were utilized to filter differentially expressed genes (DEGs). The function of the DEGs was analyzed and their potential role in CS was explored.
