ABSTRACT: RNA sequencing was performed to identify immune-related genes that were differentially expressed in porcine monocyte-derived dendritic cells following stimulation with a novel phytoglycogen-based nanoparticle (Nano-11) and the TLR3 agonist poly(I:C).
