Effect of podoplanin depletion on gene expressions in canine melanoma cell lines

ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of podoplanin, we established CMM2 and CMM12 canine melanoma cell lines in which podoplanin has been knocked out (KO) by CRISPR/Cas9. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of control and podoplanin KO cell lines.
