RIP-seq: screening targeted-genes of RNA binding protein MEX3C

ABSTRACT: The potential binding mRNA of RNA-binding protein MEX3C in hepatocellular carcinoma cells is still unknown. To identify MEX3C targeted genes in HCC, we performed RNA immunoprecipitation and high-throughput sequencing (RIP-SEQ) in MEX3C-Flag overexpressing MHCC97H cells. RNA immunoprecipitation and high-throughput sequencing (RI-SEQ) were performed on MHCC97H cells overexpressing MEX3C-Flag.
