Project description:We obtained human embryonic and fetal lungs from 5-22 pcw for scRNAseq and scATACseq analysis. To focus on epithelial differentiation and region specialization, we deeply sampled 15, 18, 20 and 22 pcw lungs and separated proximal and distal regions while leaving lungs at 5, 6, 9 and 11 pcw intact. These cell samples (except for one at 6pcw) were split and processed for both scRNAseq and scATACseq.

scRNAseq and scATACseq of placebo controlled-trial on MMR non-specific effects

Project description:The project includes sequencing data of isolated PBMCs extracted from donors that received the MMR vaccine and donors that received placebo, both containg samples before and after the vaccine. In total, 6 MMR-vaccinated and 6 Placebo donors for both timepoints were included in the scRNAseq data. In total, 12 MMR-vaccinated and 12 Placebo donors for both timepoints were included in the scATACseq data. The main goal of the project is studying the non-specific effects of the vaccine and its possible use as an inducer of trained immunity in vivo.

Here we profiled three human implantation sites (between 6 and 9 post-conceptional weeks, PCW) with snucRNAseq; five decidual and three placental samples from 8-13 PCW by scRNA-seq/snRNA-seq.
