HUVEC cell transcriptome response to Zaire Ebola virus (EBOV) and mutant lacking the mucin domain (deltamucin-EBOV)

ABSTRACT: The purpose is to obtain samples for mRNA analysis in HUV-EC-C cells, a human endothelial cell line isolated from the vein of the umbilical cord, using the following viruses obtained by reverse genetics: Zaire Ebola virus wild-type in the ΔVP30 background (deltaVP30-WT) and mutant lacking the mucin domain (deltaVP30-deltamucin).
