Identification of key developmental genes regulated by ALX1 in human isogenic PSC model

ABSTRACT: To identify the key developmental genes regulated by ALX1 in the neural crest cell stage, we establsihed isogenic PSC lines with different ALX1 genotype (patient-specific missense mutation, large deletion or control/wild-type).
