Based on Transcriptomics to Explore the Mechanism of Maxing Shigan Decoction in Treating Viral Lung Injury Induced by Influenza A Virus in Mice


ABSTRACT: Objective: To explore the mechanism of MXSGD in treating viral lung injury induced by influenza A virus in mice based on Transcriptomics. Materials & Methods: The mice were divided into MXSGD group, model group and normal group. After the intervention, the body weight, lung index, e pathological changes were detected. Transcriptomics is then used to detect differential gene expression in lung tissues and perform bioinformatics analysis.
