Series-temporal transcriptome profiling of cotton reveals the response mechanism of phosphatidylinositol signaling system in the early stage of drought stress
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the response mechanism in the early stage of cotton to drought stress, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of roots, stems and leaves from cottons treated with 10% PEG 6000 for 0 min (control), 10 min, 30 min, 60 min and 180 min.
