The expression of apoptosis related genes in HK-2 cells overexpressing PPM1K was determined by RNA-seq analysis

ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of PPM1K in chronic kidney disease, we overexpressed PPM1K in human kidney-2 cells (HK-2). We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 12 different cells.
