Expression data from tumor tissues derived from Nrf3 knockdown cells in mice fed a normal chow diet (NC) or a high-fat diet (HFD)

ABSTRACT: A CNC-family transcription factor, Nrf3, is highly expressed in mouse renal adenocarcinoma Renca cells, although the tumorigenic function of Nrf3 in NC or HFD-fed mice remains unclear. We used microarrays to identify Nrf3-regulated gene expression network in tumor tissues of NC or HFD-fed mice.
