Ionizing Radiation-induced Acute Damage in the Submandibular Gland


ABSTRACT: To investigate the unique mechanism of radiation submandibular gland injury, we gave 15Gy local one-time irradiation to the submandibular gland area of eight-week-old C57BL/6J female mice. We then collected submandibular glands 24 hours after radiation for transcriptome sequencing.
