5-methylcytosine modifition of mRNA from hippocampi in young and aged mice

ABSTRACT: To investigate the Epigenetics changes during aging, we sequenced hippocampal tissue from young and old mice by methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) We then performed 5-methylcytosine profiling analysis using data obtained from mRNA MeRIP-seq of young and aged hippocampus tissues.
