MiRNA expression profiles of garlic-derived exosomes

ABSTRACT: In this study, we investigated the miRNA profiling of garlic-derived exosomes and screened the miRNAs associated with the expression of 6-phosphofructo-2-kinase/fructose-2, 6-biphosphatase 3 (PFKFB3), one of the critical glycolytic enzymes, which shape the metabolic reprograming of macrophage induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and mitigate the inflammatory response in adipocytes.
