The change of gene expression during light damage of 661W photosensitive cells

ABSTRACT: The changes of iron regulation, pyroptosis, apoptosis and antioxidant genes in 661W photosensitive cells under photodamage were analyzed by next-generation sequencing technology, and specific biomarkers for targeted treatment of retinal photodamage diseases were obtained.
