ABSTRACT: We conducted spatial transcriptomics data analysis of mouse tumors of gastric cancer treated with regorafenib, a multikinase inhibitor, which can suppress cancer-associated fibroblast growth by inhibiting platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha and beta.
