Characterization of m6A modified RNAs in ox-LDL treated coronary artery smooth muscle cells

ABSTRACT: To comprehensively analyze the characteristics of m6A modified RNAs in HCASMCs with ox-LDL treated and control group and search for new diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for CAD. We then performed m6A modified RNAs expression profiling analysis using data obtained from meRIP-seq of cells treated with 50ug/ml ox-LDL or control.
