A single-cell analysis reveals tumor heterogeneity and immune environment of acral melanoma [RNA-Seq]

ABSTRACT: Acral melanoma is considered as a special subtype of melanoma. We performed 11 single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA seq), 57 Bulk RNA sequencing, 8 whole exon sequencing（WES seq）, and 6 TCR sequencing to analyze the tumor heterogeneity and immune environment characteristics of acral melanoma.
