Doxorubicin Changes the Spatial Organization of the Genome around Active Promoters


ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of the doxorubicin treatment in differentiation expression of human genes, we performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of three different conditions: control (DMSO-treatment) and doxorubicin treatment (200 nM and 340 nM).
