Transcriptomic characterization of FLC-mutant engineered human hepatocyte organoids

ABSTRACT: We engineered human hepatocyte organoids to study the effect of different fibrolamellar carcinoma mutations. To study the effects and differences between the different mutations, we performed bulk RNA-sequencing to understand the transcriptomic changes.
