TET2 regulates genes expressed in the differentiated corneal epithelium through 5hmC modification

ABSTRACT: We performed RNA-seq to identify the genes regulated by TET2 using human cultured corneal epithelial cells. Also, we performed RNA-seq to identify the genes expressed in MUC16-positive differentiated corneal epithelial cells.
