Single-cell RNA-seq of human liver samples

ABSTRACT: We performed in-depth serial immune cell mapping of human donor livers before and after normothermic machine perfusion (NMP) as well as after reperfusion to specifically investigate the source of immunomodulatory cytokines/chemokines and the dynamics of immune activation at the single-cell level.
