Longitudinal DNA methylation profile of peripheral blood in women delivering preterm informs predictive biomarkers

ABSTRACT: Genome wide DNA methylation profiling of peripheral blood DNA collected from pregnant individuals throughout the period of gestation and at delivery. The Illumina Infinium EPIC Human DNA methylation Beadchip v1.2.8 was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850k CpGs. Maternal peripheral blood samples were collected in EDTA vacutainers.
