Eosinophilic esophagitis-associated epithelial remodeling may limit esophageal carcinogenesis

ABSTRACT: Eosinophilic esophagitis and esophageal squamous cell carcinoma both feature epithelial remodeling in the form of hyperplasia. We used scRNA-Seq to examine the cellular and molecular alterations between these distinct pathologies.
