Effect of IFNa2 treatment in affecting gene expression in monocytes and the differential gene expression between the monocytes from healthy donors and SLE patients

ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of IFNa2 treatment in CD14+ monocytes, monocytes isolated from healthy donors were treated with or without IFNa2, and SLE monocytes were also harvested for the comparison of the differential expression genes.
