MiRNA sequencing data of normal glucose tolerant (NGT) and gestational diabetes (GDM) pregnant women

ABSTRACT: Total RNA was isolated from lymphocyte. We compared the miRNA expression profiles between healthy and GDM women by RNA sequencing, and determined the signaling pathways associated with the changes. Our study offers new insights into circulating biomarkers of GDM and thus provides a valuable resource for future investigations.
