Profiling of 5-methylcytosine (m5C) methylation in E14 cell line with siControl and siNsun2

ABSTRACT: To investigate NSUN2 functional methylation sites in embryonic stem cell, we develop m5C RNA immunoprecipitation followed by deep sequencing approach (m5C-RIP-seq) to achieve transcriptome-wide profiling of RNA m5C in E14 cell line.
